OverviewThese surveys focus on the learning and teaching within the school. Our surveys come in 2 parts: - Teachers provide their views on their own teaching and resultant learning through a self-review survey
- Learning and Teaching leaders provide their views on the teaching and resultant learning across the school or department
The self-review survey has unique descriptors with which the teacher can review themselves against creating a "standardised" self assessment - invaluable for holistic internal comparison.
They give you clear feedback and benchmarks on critical issues including subject knowledge and planning, quality of learning and the learning environment. Surveys are normally given to all senior staff plus teachers.
