These surveys focus on the organisational culture within the school. They give you clear feedback and benchmarks on critical issues including reputation, team effectiveness and overall culture.

Surveys are normally given to all members of staff within the school plus Governors.

You will receive a comprehensive statistical analysis report and can choose to have a senior consultant write a written report.

Our surveys will provide you with:
