These surveys focus on the leadership of the school. You can choose to either focus on the leadership of the Head or the leadership of the Senior Team. They give you clear feedback and benchmarks on critical issues including vision, trust and communication.

Surveys are normally given to all members of staff within the school plus Governors.

You will receive a comprehensive statistical analysis report and can choose to have a senior consultant write a written report.

Our surveys will provide you with:

• Summary by Performance Area and role of survey particpant
  
• 10 pages of graphical and tabular information
• An optional consultant's report produced by an experienced education consultant
