Training Programme

• Provides an introduction to ‘Future Proof’ and relates it to school transformation
• Generally takes half a day
• Can be offered to senior staff, all staff or groups of staff or the governors
• May be extended to provide a more extensive and in-depth programme

The Audit Process

• Is carried out as a single activity with all the evidence collected over a relatively short period
• Uses attitudinal surveys, self-review questionnaires and analyses of statistical data to integrate the evidence collection across the twelve domains
• Requires a commitment by the management, staff, pupils and governors if it is to be effective
• Supports evaluations by using performance descriptors that define ‘what good looks like’

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Data analysis services are used to review and report the findings of the audit process
• Trained consultants consider the evidence and produce a personalised report that summarises the findings and sets out how the school might respond
• Trained consultants deliver a verbal report on the findings to the school

Follow-up Support

• Through access to a network of knowledgeable and experienced educational professionals, we are able to support the school in addressing any issues that have been identified
