There is no longer a set model for the delivery of support of schools and LEAs in school improvement. Schools are free, to the extent that their budgets allow, to seek the services that best suit their need. New models of school improvement such as Federations, LIG collaboratives, etc. mean there is no 1 answer to school improvement issues.

We are able to run training courses for schools, work with leadership teams to carry out in-depth investigations into some particular aspect of the school, help with the development and implementation of policies, support the professional development of individual staff or groups of staff and so on. Over time we would seek to develop a partnership with each of the schools with which we work.
