Each assignment is different but the process set out below will give you an idea of what to expect from us!

Stage 1 - Advisers are fully vetted and trained

Unseen to the customer we thoroughly vet all Interim Managers coming onto our Excellence Chain, we:

  • In-depth interview to establish character and credibility as well as experience and track record.
  • All Cocentra Interim Managers are CRB checked when taken on and regularly through their relationship with us
  • All Cocentra Interim Managers are professionally and personally reference checked
  • All Cocentra Interim Managers receive induction onto our Excellence Chain and training in our products and services

Stage 2 - Customer need is established

Stage 3 - Possible Solutions are identified

Stage 4 - Solutions Agreed and Contracted

Stage 5 - Assignment commences

Stage 6 - During the assignment

Stage 7 - At the end of the assignment
