The need to maximise usage of a school's physical assets and the need for increase funding sources for a schools are two areas that sometime overlap. We have been advising on a number of local authority BSF programmes can there is an increasing interest in the use of the school's assets and identifying new funding streams to fund them. This has included outsourcing the management of leisure facilities, merging with local clubs, seeking corporate sponsors and a number of other innovative ideas.

We have worked closely with facilities management and ICT companies in these projects and have developed a unique set ofskills which can be brought to bear in any school or group of schools, not just new builds.
