Our people principles are values that all our staff sign up to.

For our own people we believe in going beyond mission and vision statements. We seek individuals whose personal beliefs and standards match our objectives. From the commencement of our business all our people (including contract staff) have signed up to our people principles. These principles are all about behaviour:
