Cocentra have enjoyed steady and recent successes through the delivery of quality services.  The Cocentra core team is supported by over 30 regularly used associates as part of our 'Excellence Chain'.   The Cocentra ICT Service is led by Kevin Palmer.  Until July 2010 Kevin was BSF Lead for ICT and Transformation in Salford.  Kevin has been a Lecturer in Higher and Further Education, a Teacher Trainer, an Assistant Principal in an FE College and a CLC Director.  He has taught for over twenty years, and has covered subjects ranging from Victorian Literature at undergraduate level to Manipulating Sound in Year 3. The wider ICT Excellence Chain members are drawn mainly from the education sector with consultants having experiences as wide ranging as NCSL Lecturers, ICT Mark Assessors and ex-Becta Project Managers.  Many of our team have been involved with the BSF Programme from the pilot phase and have a vast experience of working in support of LAs and on the consortium side.  We have built capacity to support the PCP and once again have consultants that have delivered on behalf of pilot Authorities.
